1. The service
Euphora provides AI-powered gift recommendations through the website euphora.io. You describe a gift-buying scenario, and the system suggests products from third-party retailers. The service is free to use and does not require an account.
2. Not a retailer
Euphora does not sell products. All purchases are made directly from third-party retailers through their own websites. We have no control over product availability, pricing, delivery, returns, or customer service. Any issues with a purchase should be directed to the retailer.
3. Recommendations
Our recommendations are generated by an AI system based on the information you provide. They are suggestions, not guarantees. We cannot guarantee that a recommended product will be suitable for your specific situation, will be available at the displayed price, or will satisfy the recipient.
4. Affiliate relationships
Euphora earns commissions from retailers when you make a purchase through our links. This commercial relationship is disclosed on our Affiliate Disclosure page. Commission rates do not influence which products are recommended.
5. Accuracy
Product information (including prices, images, and availability) is sourced from retailer data feeds and may not always be current. Prices displayed on Euphora are indicative — the final price is always determined by the retailer at the time of purchase.
6. Your content
The gift descriptions you provide are processed to generate recommendations and are not stored beyond the session lifetime (24 hours). We do not claim any rights over your input text.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Euphora for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to access systems or data you're not authorised to access, or to submit content that is abusive, harmful, or designed to manipulate the recommendation system.
8. Intellectual property
The Euphora name, design, and recommendation technology are the intellectual property of the operator. You may share links to your recommendation results but may not reproduce the recommendation content in bulk.
9. Limitation of liability
Euphora is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or any purchase made through our links.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hellenic Republic (Greece) and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Greece.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be highlighted on the website.
